Repair times vary depending on the type of cable and the work required. Once received:
- Pull-type cables: Typically completed within 1 business day
- Control (push/pull) cables: Usually ready in 2 business days

We no longer operate a mechanical workshop. Our focus is on engineering and component repair. Typically, your mechanic will bring the parts to us.

Yes, but please contact us before arriving or sending your cables. We aim to complete repairs promptly. For urgent jobs, priority service is available (a fee may apply).

Repairs are completed in the order received to maintain quality and consistency. While we don’t interrupt ongoing work, we can provide an estimated completion time when you arrive.

We can help with that, if you provide a complete sample cable, we can usually manufacture a replacement. If the original cable is missing or incomplete, we can make a new cable to a drawing.

Yes, if the cylinder is serviceable and parts are available. Severely corroded or damaged units can often be sleeved in stainless steel to meet manufacturer specifications — which we’re happy to do.

We stock many common kits, including older or discontinued kits which may not be available elsewhere.

Yes, if the booster is serviceable and parts are available. Some sealed units can’t be rebuilt, but we’ll always explore the best option for you.

Yes, we can bench-test most boosters to confirm functionality. For best results, we also recommend testing on the vehicle.

Normally not, but we can be by appointment. We are open Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm and have a pickup placement if you need to pickup over the weekend.
