 - Pull-type cables: Typically completed within 1 business day

- Control (push/pull) cables: Usually ready in 2 business days

We no longer operate a mechanical workshop. Our focus is on engineering and component repair. Typically, your mechanic will bring the parts to us.

Yes, but please contact us before arriving or sending your cables. We aim to complete repairs promptly. For urgent jobs, priority service is available (a fee may apply).

Repairs are completed in the order received to maintain quality and consistency. While we don’t interrupt ongoing work, we can provide an estimated completion time when you arrive.

We can help with that, if you provide a complete sample cable, we can usually manufacture a replacement. If the original cable is missing or incomplete, we can make a new cable to a drawing. 

Yes, that’s our preferred method — it helps us ensure the best possible match. 

Frayed cables compromise safety, so we recommend a full replacement rather than a repair.

Yes, provided the cable is in good condition, moves freely, and the fitting type is available. If it’s worn or corroded, we’ll recommend a full replacement to ensure optimal performance. 

Yes, we can shorten cables if the design allows. We’ll assess each case to ensure safety and functionality. 

Yes, we can usually help with throttle or clutch cables for older vehicles. Some are relatively straightforward, while others may take a bit more care depending on the design and condition of the original parts.
